We've just been glancing through the offers available on touchscreen phones, and some of buymobilephones.net's offers for the Nokia 5230 caught our eye.

Basically, for just £2.78 a month after cashback, you can get 300 minutes, unlimited texts and the phone for free, all on an 18 month contract.

If you'd prefer to have some data included, then for just £3.33 a month you can get 600 minutes, 500 texts and 1Gb of data a month, also on an 18 month contract - Again, the phone is free.

Google Android phones are some of the hottest handsets on the market and we were really surprised when we recently looked to see how affordable they were. We just used our search facility, specifying that we wanted to see only Android handsets that cost under £10 a month.

Around a dozen handsets appeared - From the low end Samsung Galaxy Europa and LG Optimus Swift, to the Sony XPERIA X10 Mini and the HTC Wildfire.
